• 1. Who is eligible to enter?

  HOYTS Customers who purchase an eligible drink in cinema at the Candy Bar or Ticket Kiosks before close of cinema on 26/06/2024 are eligible to enter.

• 2. What are the prizes available?

  Australian prizes to be won include: Small Popcorns, Small Drinks, Choc Tops, 12 month HOYTS Rewards VIP Memberships, Mainstream Movie Tickets, HOYTS LUX Tickets and HOYTS Gold Cards.

• 3. How do I submit my entry?

  Purchase an eligible drink in cinema at the Candy Bar or Ticket Kiosk. You will then receive a Pepsi Competition Entry Code (a second receipt) which will include entry details and a unique entry code. Enter the unique code onto the competition platform using the URL provided on the receipt. Information on how to enter will also be available on hoyts.com.au/pepsicompetition .

• 4. Where do I find my unique code?

  A unique code will be printed on a second receipt that is received when a customer purchases an eligible drink at the Candy Bar or Ticket Kiosks within the promotional period.

• 5. I don’t have my entry code receipt; can I still enter?

  You will need your Pepsi Competition Entry Code receipt with the unique code to enter the competition.

• 6. Is there a deadline for entering?

  Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST 30/06/2024.

• 7. Can I enter more than once?

  Yes, you can enter multiple times during the entry period. You will receive 1 entry per eligible drink purchased e.g. 1 drink = 1 entry, 2 drinks = 2 entries.

• 8. How will winners be selected?

  Winners are selected at random by the online competition platform Komo.

• 9. I won a prize; how do I claim it?

  Customers that have won a prize will follow one of the below processes: Customers that have won a Small Popcorn, Small Drink or Choc Top will receive an email to the email address they added to the entry form during the entry process. This will include a link to a barcode that will need to be presented to a crew member to redeem your prize in-cinema from the Candy Bar. Customers that have won a Mainstream or HOYTS LUX ticket will receive an email to the email address they added to the entry form during the entry process. This will include a link to a barcode, voucher code and PIN that can be redeemed in-cinema or online. Customers that have won a VIP Rewards Membership or a HOYTS Gold Card will be prompted to complete an additional information form within the competition platform that is required to fulfill prizing. You will also receive an email to the email address added to the entry form during the entry process.

• 10. I won a prize, but I didn’t receive an email.

  Make sure to check your spam and junk folders for the email. If you still haven’t received an email after 24 hours, please lodge an enquiry with the HOYTS Help Centre.

• 11. What happens if I didn’t win a prize?

  You will be notified that you have not won a prize. However, there are plenty of chances to win! You can re-enter the competition each time you purchase an eligible drink at a HOYTS cinema at the Candy Bar or Ticket Kiosk.

• 13. Do I need to keep my entry code receipt after entering the competition?

  Yes. If you are a winner, please retain your Pepsi Competition Entry Code receipt after entering the competition to claim your prize.

• 14. How long are the prizes valid for?

  Prizing validity periods may vary depending on the prize won. The validity is indicated in the email you receive upon prize fulfilment, as well as alongside the prize barcode when loaded in a browser.

• 15. Can I transfer, sell, swap, or trade my prize?

  No. Prizes cannot be transferred by you, to any other person, whether by gift, sale, or otherwise. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or credit.
