    1. The HOYTS ahm 2 for 1 Ticket offer is open to members with an ahm-branded health insurance policy referable to the health benefits fund of Medibank as at the date they redeem the offer (Eligible Customers) to purchase two cinema tickets for the price of one ticket.
    2. The offer is to purchase two cinema tickets for the price of one ticket for standard sessions for any movie at any HOYTS cinema within Australia at any time on a Friday Between 18 April 18 2024 and 18 October 2025.The Offer does not include daybed seats or movie sessions at HOYTS LUX.
    3. Online booking fee and surcharges may apply.
    4. Limit of one transaction per Eligible Customer per day. Limit of six free tickets per transaction.
    5. Second ticket must be identical to the first ticket purchased.
    6. Tickets purchased using the HOYTS ahm 2 for 1 ticket offer are subject to the HOYTS Terms of Use available here.
    7. Tickets are for Eligible Customers' personal use and may not be re-sold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Tickets purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these terms and conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticketholder may be refused admission.
    8. Eligible Customers can access this Offer by visiting this link and following the offer prompts after logging in to the membership portal. Once validated, eligible ahm members shall be redirected to www.hoyts.com.au to complete their transaction.
    9. Purchases made via www.hoyts.com.au may attract a booking fee. However, purchases from inside a participating cinema shall not attract a booking fee, subject to the eligible employs entering the ‘In Cinema Code’ displayed on the session time screens.
    10. Surcharges may apply for premium experiences including 3D, Xtremescreen, HOYTS DBOX, HOYTS ONYX, LOUNGE and Recliner. Additionally 3D glasses, where required, are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately.
    11. This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, special event or group event and is available for most sessions at all HOYTS cinemas in Australia. Some special events and experiences are excluded, including ‘Girls’ Night Out’, HOYTS Daybed, HOYTS LUX,film festivals and other sessions advertised as special event.
    12. HOYTS Rewards points cannot be used to redeem this Offer.
    13. Tickets purchased using this Offer will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by the Australian Consumer Law).
    14. Film classifications apply to all sessions at HOYTS. Refer to the advertised film classification to ensure that you and your guests meet the entry requirements for your film.
    15. This Offer and the associated conditions may be changed or retracted, subject to compliance with applicable law. Any tickets already purchased will not be affected by any change or retraction made to the Offer terms and conditions.

    These Terms and Conditions (unless varied and agreed in writing between the Parties) apply in relation to the HOYTS 50% OFF a Regular Candy Bar Combo promotion (booking fees and surcharges may apply) (Offer):

    1. The HOYTS 50% off a regular Candy Bar combo offer is part of a limited time promotional offer for ahm members with an ahm-branded health insurance policy referable to the health benefits fund of Medibank as at the date they redeem the offer .

    2. This Offer is valid for use Monday-Sunday, at any HOYTS cinemas nationally for a limited period of time from march 20th 2025 – April 3rd 2025 and as stated on the offer Terms and Conditions when the Offer is live. Online booking fee and surcharges may apply.

    3. This Offer is redeemable over the counter at HOYTS cinemas for (1) Regular combo at 50% off, comparison of

      1. One (1) regular generic popcorn

      2. One (1) regular generic drink

    4. Limit of one (1) transaction per ahm member per day.

    5. Limit of six (6) discounted promotional offer per transaction.

    6. Combos purchased using the Offer are subject to the Hoyts Terms of Use available to view at here.

    7. This Offer is for personal use by ahm members and their guests, and may not be re-sold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Offers purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticketholder may be refused admission.

    8. To claim the offer the Offer, ahm members can either:

      1. Purchase the Offer online: To purchase the Offer online, ahm members must login to verify that they are an ahm member, then follow the link to the ahm and HOYTS Offer ticketing website and purchase their Offer online following the instructions. Ahm members will then receive the corresponding digital offer to their nominated email address to present in cinema.

      2. Purchase Offer in-person at a HOYTS cinema: Purchases made via www.hoyts.com.au may attract a booking fee. However, purchases from inside a participating cinema shall not attract a booking fee, subject to the eligible employs entering the ‘In Cinema Code’ displayed on the session time screens.

      3. Redeeming the offer:

        1. Customer will receive a confirmation email after ordering online.

        2. When the guest arrives at the cinema, they need to select 'Start my order' in the confirmation email.

    9. Collect the items from the candy bar or Treat City and show the order confirmation at Pay Counter

    This Offer cannot be:

    • redeemed for any other food and beverage item

    • redeemed for any tickets or other merchandise

    • redeemed at any affiliate cinemas

    • used in conjunction with any other offer

    • replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged

    Pricing of HOYTS Food and Beverage items and combos, including and any fees or surcharges listed in these Terms and Conditions are subject to change and may differ between cinema locations.
