     Important Information

     ANZ HOYTS Ticket Offer must be purchased with your eligible ANZ Plus Visa debit card or your eligible ANZ Visa credit or debit card.  An ANZ Plus Visa debit card or ANZ Visa credit and debit card is ineligible if your account is overdrawn, blocked, suspended or in default.  Further eligibility criteria or conditions may apply.

     ANZ is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of claims made by HOYTS in relation to the ANZ HOYTS Ticket Offer.  Refer to HOYTS’ terms and conditions.

    Terms and Conditions – ANZ HOYTS Ticket Offer:

    These Terms and Conditions apply in relation to the HOYTS ANZ $12 general admission tickets ticket offer (booking fees and surcharges may apply) (Offer):

    1. The Offer is only available to active ANZ customers who have an Australian issued Visa credit or debit card (ANZ Customers) who purchase tickets with that ANZ Visa card. 

    2. Tickets are valid for use Monday-Sunday, at any HOYTS cinema nationally (HOYTS LUX tickets may only be used at HOYTS LUX venues). Online booking fee and surcharges may apply.

    3. Limit of one (1) transaction per ANZ Customer per day.

    4. Limit of six (6) discounted tickets per transaction.

    5. Tickets purchased using the Offer are subject to the HOYTS Terms of Use available to view at https://www.hoyts.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions.

    6. Tickets are for personal use by ANZ Customers and their guests, and may not be re-sold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Tickets purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticketholder may be refused admission.

    7. To claim the Offer, ANZ Customers can either:

      1. Purchase tickets online: To purchase tickets online, ANZ Customers must follow the link to the ANZ and HOYTS Offer ticketing website at anz.com/anz-circle and purchase their tickets online following the instructions. Purchases must be made using an ANZ card and an online booking fee and surcharges (as specified in paragraph 8 below) will apply. ANZ Customers will then receive the corresponding digital movie tickets to their nominated email address to present in cinema.

      2. Purchase tickets in-person at a HOYTS cinema: To purchase tickets in-person, ANZ Customers must follow the link to the Offer ticketing website at anz.com/anz-circle to obtain an in-cinema code to be presented at a HOYTS cinema to purchase the tickets. Purchases must be made using an ANZ card. By using the in-cinema code, the booking fee will not apply.

    8. Surcharges apply for:
      1. 3D sessions - $3.50 surcharge (3D glasses are not included and must be purchased separately).
      2. Xtremescreen sessions - surcharges vary from up to $5 depending on the session attended.
      3. DBOX sessions - surcharges vary.

    9. This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, special event or group event such as ‘Girls’ Night Out’, ‘Mate Night’, HOYTS Daybed and HOYTS Rewards Members screenings or any third-party screenings.

    10. The Offer applies to all ticket types, including:

      1. all general admission tickets;
      2. all recliner tickets;
      3. all Xtremescreen tickets (subject to the surcharge in clause 8(b) of these Terms and Conditions).

    11. Tickets purchased using the Offer will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).
    12. Tickets are valid for the selected movie and session only. Classification rules will apply to all movie sessions, so personal identification and proof of age may be required to use a ticket or attend certain movie sessions.
    13. Pricing of HOYTS general admission sessions tickets and LUX tickets, including and any fees or surcharges listed in these Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
