    MSA Rewards Terms & Conditions

    1. The HOYTS MSA offer is only open to active MSA Students to purchase a:
      • standard adult general admission ticket for $12.50; or
      • HOYTS LUX ticket for $32
    2. Valid between Monday - Wednesday, offered at HOYTS Chadstone only. Online booking fee and surcharges may apply. Limit of one transaction per member per day.
    3. Tickets purchased using the MSA offer are subject to the Hoyts Terms of Use available to view here. 
    4. Tickets are for MSA Students personal use and may not be re-sold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Tickets purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these terms and conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticketholder may be refused admission.
    5. MSA Students must login to their Monash account to claim the offer where they will be redirected to the HOYTS website.
    6. Ticket fulfilment will be available to Monash members at point of sale in cinema. MSA Students must use the MSA Students in-cinema code which will appear on the movie times digital screen. MSA Students must log into their MSA account and follow the link to the Offer ticketing website and follow the instructions. MSA Students will then be able to purchase tickets to the movie session of their choice. By using the in-cinema code, the booking fee will not apply.
    7. Surcharges apply for:
      1. 3D - $3.50 surcharge (3D glasses are not included and must be purchased separately)
      2. Xtremescreen - surcharges vary from $2 to $4 depending on session attended.
      3. DBOX - surcharges vary
    8. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, special event or group event such as ‘Girls’ Night Out’, ‘Mate Night’, HOYTS Daybed and HOYTS Rewards Members screenings or any third party screenings.
    9. The Offer applies to all ticket types, including:
      1. all standard tickets;
      2. all Xtremescreen tickets (subject to the surcharge)
    10. HOYTS Rewards points cannot be used to redeem this offer and will not be accrued by purchasing a ticket using this offer.
    11. Tickets purchased using this offer will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).
    12. Tickets are valid for the selected movie and session only. Classification rules still apply, so personal identification and proof of age may be required to use a ticket or attend certain movie sessions.
    13. Pricing of MSA tickets and any fees or surcharges listed in these Terms and Conditions is subject to change and offer may be withdrawn by HOYTS at any time.
