    Student Edge Terms & Conditions

    1. The HOYTS Student Edge offer is only open to active Student Edge members to purchase a:
      • standard adult general admission ticket for $12.50; or
      • HOYTS LUX ticket for $32
    2. Valid between Monday - Thursday, offered at any HOYTS cinemas nationally. Online booking fee and surcharges may apply. Limit of one transaction per member per day.
    3. Tickets purchased using the Student Edge offer are subject to the HOYTS Terms of Use available to view here.
    4. Tickets are for Student Edge member’s personal use and may not be re-sold, transferred, used for commercial purposes or otherwise provided to a third party. Tickets purchased in excess of the daily limit or sold or used in breach of these terms and conditions may be cancelled without a refund, subject to Australian Consumer Law, and the ticketholder may be refused admission.
    5. Student Edge members must login to their Student Edge account to claim the offer where they will be redirected to the HOYTS website.
    6. Additional surcharges may apply depending on the movie and/or session type attended.
    7. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, special event or group event such as ‘Girls’ Night Out’, ‘Mate Night’, HOYTS Daybed and HOYTS Rewards Members screenings or any third party screenings.
    8. The Offer applies to all ticket types, including:
      1. all standard tickets;
      2. all recliner tickets;
      3. all Xtremescreen tickets (subject to the surcharge)
    9. HOYTS Rewards points cannot be used to redeem this offer and will not be accrued by purchasing a ticket using this offer.
    10. Tickets purchased using this offer will not be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by law).
    11. Tickets are valid for the selected movie and session only. Classification rules still apply, so personal identification and proof of age may be required to use a ticket or attend certain movie sessions.
    12. Pricing of Student Edge tickets and any fees or surcharges listed in these Terms and Conditions is subject to change.
    13. Ticket fulfillment will be available to Student Edge members at point of sale in cinema. Student Edge members must use the Student Edge members in-cinema code which will appear on the movie times digital screen. Members must log into their Student Edge account and follow the link to the Offer ticketing website and follow the instructions. Student Edge members will then be able to purchase tickets to the movie session of their choice. By using the in-cinema code, the booking fee will not apply.
